Billing, plans and Trial Boost
The Billing area shows the workspace plan, quotas and available upgrade or trial actions. The server-returned entitlement profile for the current tenant and user is authoritative.
Before changing a plan
Section titled “Before changing a plan”Review required frameworks, system and assessment volume, seats, AI usage, reporting, Agentic CISO, Discovery and production runtime needs. A higher plan expands the tenant ceiling; the user’s role still limits effective access.
Advanced Trial Boost
Section titled “Advanced Trial Boost”Eligible Free and Standard workspaces can activate one 14-day Advanced Trial Boost. Activation is an administrator action protected by step-up MFA. The boost temporarily grants Advanced capabilities and a bounded AI Consultant allowance; it does not grant Enterprise-only production Gateway, Claw or Discovery.
When the boost expires, records remain but unavailable modules become read-only or inaccessible according to the restored plan. Export or review important outputs before expiry and do not design an operating dependency on a temporary entitlement.
Billing controls
Section titled “Billing controls”- Use the approved checkout or contractual process.
- Confirm workspace, plan, term and price before payment.
- Restrict billing administration to authorised users.
- Review entitlement state after checkout or contract changes.
- Contact support when payment and effective entitlement do not reconcile.
