Launch Center and Learning Hub

The Learning Hub provides role-appropriate guidance. The Launch Center provides an operational readiness view for authorised platform operators. They support adoption but do not replace the governance records, approvals and evidence held elsewhere in Gamut.

Use the Learning Hub when onboarding administrators, assessors, reviewers and agentic governance teams. Complete the recommended path for the work the person will perform, then validate learning through supervised use of a non-production or demonstration workspace.

Learning completion is not evidence that a control operates. Where competence is a control requirement, retain the organisation’s approved training, role assignment and practical assurance evidence.

Launch Center is visible only to appropriately authorised platform operations users. It summarises readiness and directs operators to incomplete setup or control work. It should be treated as a navigation and readiness aid, not as a bypass around tenant administration, entitlement, MFA or approval requirements.

When an item is incomplete:

  1. Open the identified area.
  2. Confirm the accountable owner and required evidence.
  3. Complete the underlying configuration or governance decision.
  4. Return to verify that readiness reflects the saved state.

Do not publish screenshots or operational configuration from Launch Center into customer-facing evidence unless it is necessary, appropriately redacted and approved.

  1. Understand tenancy, roles and plan entitlements.
  2. Register a system and complete intake.
  3. Review routing, ACRS and the assessment plan.
  4. Perform a framework assessment with evidence.
  5. Record risks, findings and remediation.
  6. Generate a traceable report.
  7. For agentic operation, complete the dedicated Agentic CISO and Gateway path.
