Frequently asked questions

Section titled “Is NAGF an official Nigerian government framework?”NAGF is Gamut’s consolidated assessment model. It uses official Nigerian sources but is not itself an enacted instrument or government endorsement.
Are all 108 items binding?
Section titled “Are all 108 items binding?”No. Items are status-labelled across current law, conditional sector requirements, policy, proposed-law readiness and good practice.
Why is NAGF system-specific?
Section titled “Why is NAGF system-specific?”Applicability depends on the system’s purpose, people, data, organisation role, sector and Nigerian nexus. A portfolio conclusion cannot replace that analysis.
Does a gateway marked compliant mean the sector is compliant?
Section titled “Does a gateway marked compliant mean the sector is compliant?”No. It means routing was performed. The downstream atomic items still need assessment.
Can an anticipated obligation create current non-compliance?

Does Privacy Mode send system notes?
