Using the platform
Section titled “Using the platform”Gamut runs at run.gamutassure.com. If you do not yet have access, ask your organisation’s administrator to invite you, or start a trial from the sign-in page.

Before contacting support
Section titled “Before contacting support”Record the information needed to investigate without exposing secrets:
- tenant and workspace name;
- affected module and system record;
- approximate time and time zone;
- action attempted and visible error message;
- whether the problem affects one user or several;
- browser and deployment environment;
- a redacted screenshot or request correlation detail where available.
Do not send passwords, MFA setup secrets, API tokens, model-provider keys, Gateway credentials, private keys or unredacted sensitive evidence by email.
Common first checks
Section titled “Common first checks”- Confirm the correct tenant, workspace and system.
- Check save status and reload the current record.
- Verify the user’s role and workspace plan entitlement.
- Complete MFA where the action requires step-up verification.
- For assessment selection, review intake, routing and ACRS prerequisites.
- For AI features, verify provider configuration and displayed quota.
- For runtime actions, inspect identity, connection, permission, policy, approval and Gateway status.
Avoid repeatedly retrying a state-changing action if the result is uncertain. Check the record and Audit Trail first to prevent duplicate work.
